Governor Peter Mbah has declared that criminals have no hiding place in Enugu State following the recovery of a large cache of arms and ammunition during joint security operations.

The governor made the declaration while inspecting recovered weapons at the headquarters of the Department of State Services (DSS) in Enugu.

According to him, a notorious suspect linked to attacks on security personnel has been arrested in a major breakthrough.

Mbah credited the success to improved collaboration among security agencies and investments in modern security technology.

He also warned landlords to conduct proper background checks on prospective tenants, stressing that ignorance would no longer be accepted as an excuse for harbouring criminals.

The governor commended security operatives for what he described as professionalism and dedication to duty.

Comment Question: Do you support tougher measures against landlords who unknowingly rent properties to criminals?
