​Abuja — The Nigeria Women's Football League (NWFL) has officially released the group draws and fixtures for the 2026 NWFL Nationwide Championship, which kicks off today, August 5, and runs through August 23 in Aba, Abia State.

​Twelve competitive clubs have been pooled into four groups (Groups A to D) to battle for supremacy in the third tier of women's football in Nigeria. The tournament serves as the official gateway for ambitious clubs fighting for promotion into the 2026/2027 NWFL Championship division.
