In a major push to tackle youth unemployment, the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) has announced the commencement of practical alternative skills training for youths starting August 17.

Representing the NADDC Director-General, Abdemalek Sakaar, officials emphasized that the programme is designed to equip young people with tangible skills for employment and entrepreneurship, urging them to move away from dependency mindsets. Interested applicants can access the scheme through an open application framework.
