APP is fully prepared for the 2027 general election -- Hon Njesi

The State Chairman of the Action Peoples Party (APP) Hon Ernest Njesi  has re assured their readiness for the forthcoming general election come 2027.

Hon Njesi made this known during a press briefing with the Association of Imo Based Journalists (AIBJ)  alongside with the state working committee of the party at the party's secretariat, Owerri 

Speaking, the state chairman Hon Ernest Njesi emphasized, that APP both in the state and at the Federal level is doing well adding, that their activities have been receiving serious attention both within and outside the state and the masses are watching how the affairs of the party is being run.

The State Chairman noted, that they have done their primaries according  to the INEC guidelines which was a smooth exercise where those that didn't make it congratulated the winners in the spirit of sportsmanship.

Still Speaking, he disclosed, that the party members  have  embarked on grassroot mobilization in order to sensitize people in the rural areas, ward by ward and because of the growing popularity of their party, the party in power resolved to attack.

He asserted that APP is planning even ahead of other parties stressing, that they have all it takes to take over the government come 2027.

He asserted that no matter the level of attack, APP will never run away from the battle field adding, that APP is the party to beat  and no matter the challenges, they will continue to grow from strength to strength to the glory of the Almighty God.

He noted, that their candidates in the Federal House of Representatives are doing well, the likes of Hon Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere, the member representing Ideato North & South (Ideato  Nation) Federal Constituency  and Hon Matthew Nwogu member representing Aboh Mbaise/Ngor Okpala Federal Constituency respectively. as well as  other politicians under the  platform.of APP.

He maintained, that they will continue to push forward as politics is not for people of feeble mind or chicken minded individuals but, men and women who are focused, courageous and ever ready for any challenge and thereby, call on the party faithfuls to remain law abiding, calm as they wait for the campaign that will kick off soon.
