Doro, during an official visit to the state, the meeting was more than a routine diplomatic courtesy. It served as a strategic review of a bold structural gambit: the explicit replication and localization of the Federal Government’s humanitarian and poverty reduction frameworks directly into the heart of Imo State's governance template.
