Nigeria and Turkey have signed a new agreement to strengthen cooperation in solid minerals, with promises of technology transfer, mining reforms, digitisation and investment growth.


Government officials say this could unlock jobs and improve Nigeria’s mining sector.


But Nigerians are asking: Will this become another MoU that stays on paper while citizens remain poor?
