Gov. Uzodimma Celebrates Children’s Day, Charges Young Nigerians to Stay Hopeful and Morally Grounded

Governor Hope Uzodimma has celebrated children across Nigeria on the occasion of Children’s Day, urging them to remain hopeful, focused, and committed to values that will shape a brighter future.


In a heartfelt Children’s Day message, the governor described children as the heartbeat of tomorrow and the reason leaders must continue to work toward securing a peaceful, prosperous, and progressive society.


“As we commemorate Children’s Day, I celebrate our children who continue to look up to us for their dreams to come through, who continue to grow in truth and with the wisdom required to sustain the future we are securing for them,” Uzodimma said.


The governor encouraged children not to lose faith in their dreams, reminding them that discipline, confidence, and determination remain powerful tools for success in life.


“To every child, I encourage you to remain hopeful, confident, and focused,” he stated, while emphasizing the importance of moral upbringing at home and within society.


According to him, values learned from family and community remain the foundation for a peaceful and progressive future, urging young people to stay committed to good character and positive conduct.
